Application Types
Field Operations (On-Site Roles)
Includes: Foreman, Journeyman, laborer, and Apprentice.
General Requirements:
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to provide valid identification upon hire.
- Reliable transportation preferred
- Ability to perform physical work
- Construction or janitorial experience helpful but not required.
No experience required for many entry-level positions. Training available.
Office & Administrative Operations
Includes Finance, HR, Safety, Risk/Insurance, Estimator, Project Relations Manager, IT,
General Requirements:
- Must be authorized to work in the United States if required for the position
- Strong communication and organizational skills preferred
- Relevant experience may be required depending on the role
- Some positions may be remote, hybrid, or in-office
- Ability to use computers and common business software
