Working Conditions and Benefits

Typical Working Conditions (Field Roles)

Our field employees primarily work on demolition and final clean projects across the Pittsburgh region. This includes:

  • Indoor and outdoor environments, often at active construction sites

  • Physically demanding tasks: lifting, carrying, bending, extended periods of standing/walking

  • Exposure to dust, debris, and construction noise (proper PPE provided)

  • Strict adherence to safety protocols, including drug-free workplace requirements and union/OSHA standards

  • Variable schedules, including overtime, weekend, or evening work depending on project needs

Our Hiring Process

 

  • Application – A two-step form (contact information + general information), usually taking less than 15 minutes to complete.

  • Onboarding (if hired) – Includes ID verification, proof of eligibility to work in the U.S., pre-employment drug screening (or valid union drug-free card), and completion of standard forms (I-9, W-4, etc.).
